Prox-DU is a dual interface smart card reader that intelligently connects to PC environments and other systems using USB 2.0 full speed interface. Convenient for applications that use contactless and contact smart card technology such as network and physical access control, user identity authentication, government-related identity verification programs, e-business and home banking, as well as customer loyalty programs. Designed to meet international standards for use in the health care sector, identity and access control markets for public and private organizations.

Prox-SU is a PC-Link contactless reader with a SAM ( Secure Acess Module) slot. this contact SAM card may be required in some security scheme based on DESFire, MIFARE Plus or Calypso cards.
